Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how HabitFlow ("we," "our," or "us"), developed by Prasanna Kumar Reddy, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the HabitFlow mobile application and website at https://habitflow.co.in.

By using HabitFlow, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Phone Number (via Firebase Phone Authentication)

When you sign in to HabitFlow, we collect your phone number for the sole purpose of verifying your identity. This is done through Firebase Authentication (provided by Google). A one-time password (OTP) is sent to your phone number to complete sign-in.

1.2 Google User Data

HabitFlow uses Google's Firebase services for authentication. The only Google user data we access is your phone number provided during sign-in. We do not access your:

• Google account profile or email address
• Contacts, calendar, or Gmail data
• Google Drive, Photos, or any other Google service data
• Location data

1.3 App Usage Data

We may collect information about how you use the app, including:

• Habit completion records and streaks
• Coin balance and transaction history (ad watches, withdrawals)
• UPI account details (only when you submit a withdrawal request)
• Device type and operating system (for app compatibility)

2. How We Use Your Data (Data Usage)

The following table explains exactly how each type of data we collect is used:

We use your data only to provide and improve the HabitFlow service. We do not use your data for advertising profiling, selling to data brokers, or any purpose unrelated to the app's core functionality.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure, which includes Firestore Database and Firebase Authentication. Firebase employs industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest.

We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

4. Third-Party Services

HabitFlow uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication, database storage, and hosting. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob — To serve ads that users can watch to earn coins. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data per its own privacy policy. Google Privacy Policy
• UPI Payment Processors — To facilitate cash withdrawals to your UPI account.

These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

5. Children's Privacy

HabitFlow is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of HabitFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
